(See Obituary Below.)
On 3/15/2015 a new logo was requested when HSH changed its name to Home Sweet Home, Homeless Ministry, Inc and Jerry wanted a logo we could lazer print on wood. After Board Approval, HSH purchased logo base from Shutterstock #1116929576 added H S H and Cross.
Original Name: Hope House for Families
In the year 2016, Hope House was donated by the Meisner Family to Community Mission for Improved Housing because of their relationship with Jerry Bright. The house then donated it to HSH by Community Mission for Improved Housing. Jerry was also on the Board of HSH. This was HSH’s first house for families, women, women with children.
Our website changed from www.homelessmen.org to www.homelessministry.org because now we were taking in women, women w/children, and families. (We then changed the domain name again, when Valnet.Net closed suddenly due to Covid and we lost our domain access, to the new and current registered domain name – www.homelessministry.org .)
